| The "Thouia" tree is a member of the Cedar family. It is native to Southern Morocco and grows wild forming a large root ball at it's base. Because the tree is protected, natives are encouraged to harvest only roots and limbs of dead trees. The wood produces a beautiful burl appearance and is very durable to use.
